Quality in education relates to the quality of the work undertaken by a teacher which has significant effects upon his or her students. Teaching involves the use of a wide body of knowledge about the subject being taught, and another set of knowledge about the most effective ways to teach that subject to different kinds of learner, it therefore requires teachers to undertake a complex set of tasks every minute in their classroom transactions. To achieve quality classroom transactions the teachers are expected to undergo periodical training to update their knowledge, teaching Methodology, IT usage etc. in the classroom. Because the world that teachers are preparing young people to enter is changing so rapidly.
