ENGLISH LANGUAGE LAB
In the current digital age, we all are connected regardless of the geographic distance. The advancement in the technology has metaphorically brought our world into our living room in the form of TV or Internet.
The advancement of technology has exposed to multilingual and multicultural world. The communication proficiency and digitalization of the entire experience of English language has remained a challenging task in KVS. The ICT revolution has transformed our education per se and training of communication skills. The LANGUAGE LAB can greatly help acquire language skills using ICT and students can learn at their own pace today.
The communication skills are essential today in almost all the professional careers and LANGUAGE LAB can help in acquiring this important skills. Hence, realizing the importance , KVS has taken great initiatives and has allocated some fundamental requirements for setting up of Language Labs in Kendriya Vidyalayas and KV JANAK PURI being one of them.

INFRASTRUCTURES
Our school has a separate, spacious and acoustic language lab is well supplied with high tech audio-visual equipment based on advanced technology.
The software being used is of high standard. It has thirty arm chairs (Kings) model kf-ch-020. ( provided by KVS HQ , Delhi)
Our Lab has thirty computers and thirty Monitors It has thirty modular workstations

The effective implementation of the LANGUAGE LAB is COMPLETED .

It provides the privacy that encourages the shy students to speak without hesitation.
Language Lab encourages students to speak freely and loose inferiority complex.
It develops listening and communication skills of students.
It enables correct pronunciation
The Student progress can be monitored regularly so that teacher can provide feedback based on individual pace and ability
Finally students can learn the lesson at their own pace, thus allowing the class as student centered approach.
